Does Cyndi's smile signify a hope for lasting world peace?

O SON OF SPIRIT! My first counsel is this: Possess a pure, kindly and radiant heart, that thine may be a sovereignty ancient, imperishable and everlasting. (Baha'u'llah, The Arabic Hidden Words)

Cyndi is a rare treasure.  As attested by the warmth of her smile in the picture, Cyndi is a gem radiating from the human spirit, aglow with kindness and caring, vibrant with love giving freely of herself to others.  

Cyndi's theme of life is summed up in the word "FROG".    It is an acronym for "Fully Relying On God".

Cyndi considers herself a 'Born Again Christian'. You will feel no condemnation nor receive words of judgement from her. Only goodness and well-being emanates from her soul. She is, indeed, a pure recepticle from which the love of God may flow through to others. Lovingly accepting and serving people of all faiths and from all walks of life, perhaps, Cyndi embodies a hope for our future. Is she an ambassador, a true representative of "Peace on Earth, good will towards men"? Will mankind rise above the terrible tribulations of the present and usher in a dawning of world peace? Cyndi embraces a divine consciousness dedicated to that end.

To be a real Christian is to be a servant in His Cause and Kingdom, to go forth under His banner of peace and love toward all mankind, to be self-sacrificing and obedient, to become quickened by the breaths of the Holy Spirit, to be mirrors reflecting the radiance of the divinity of Christ, to be fruitful trees in the garden of His planting, to refresh the world by the water of life of His teachings -- in all things to be like Him and filled with the spirit of His love. Praise be to God! The light of unity and love is shining in these faces. These spiritual susceptibilities are the real fruits of heaven. Master, which is the great commandment in the law? Although I am unborn and My transcendental body never deteriorates, and although I am the Lord of all sentient beings, I still appear in every millennium in My original transcendental form. Whenever and wherever there is a decline in religious practice, O descendant of Bharata, and a predominant rise of irreligion--at that time I descend Myself. We desire but the good of the world and the happiness of the nations -- that all nations should become one in faith and all men as brothers; that all bonds of affection and unity between the sons of men should be strengthened; that diversity of religion should cease and differences of race be annulled -- and so it shall be; these fruitless strifes, these ruinous wars shall pass away and the most great peace shall come. Is not this that which Christ foretold? Let not a man glory in this, that he loves his country; let him rather glory in this, that he loves his kind. (Abdu'l-Baha, Divine Philosophy, p. 10) Baha'i

We all need to practice the virtues seen in the compassionate acceptance and caring shown forth in Cyndi's smile. Maybe then the brotherhood of Mankind will begin to bear fruit.

Would it be that all people were more like her. Our world would surely be...

a better place of peace and love for us all.
